How many of you even watch TV?

Seriously, what with YouTube, the amount of content available in torrents and trading among friends, how much TV do you watch? I caught some last week for the first time in literally months and it makes me wonder about the shelf-life television has at this point. Not that it's going away anytime soon, but the thought beckons attention.

Basically none at all.  Once in a while, I'll watch something like the News Hour or Frontline on PBS, but for the most part I don't have time for that garbage.

I watch shows that I really like when they debut on a full size TV screen.

Right now that's LOST and Heroes.
I still prefer the TV/DVD versions to anything I've watched online.

I use the internet for old stuff or commercials or clips from shows that don't really syndicate, like the Daily Show.

I'm hardly home.  We have cable but the TV in the front room (mine) broke, , before that I left it on sci fi channel all day.  I had an old tv at work to catch news, PBS and Lost but it went all red and fuzzy.  The new TV at work the remote is lost so it is stuck on "line Input' and all I can do is watch VCR and DVD.  this weel I watched LOTR 3 times and some VHS I recorded off History channel 10 years ago.

my Dile up net access is to slow to DL tv showes I spent an hour last night DL some Mexican news footage of flying humanoids

Have rarely ever watched prime time TV since I became an adult. I have almost exclusively worked during those hours. Still work those hours, but why start now? There is no football to watch. And I don't have time for other sports that I am not as interested in.

Mostly I pop in an anime DVD when I get home and call it good.

I watch if somethings good is on, History channel, Discovery, and all the variations of same, CSPAN, CNBC, and the foxnews, if it's news and not opinion, which is getting too rare, but what do you expect when most of TV anchors are lawyers and not journalists.

Is it football yet?

(WOW it's been a long time since I've logged back on here) (I mean compared to usual)

I also watch quite a bit of TV.  Part of the reason is my computer doesn't have the programs it needs to watch youtube.  Yes, I can actually say I've never seen youtube on my computer.  (I've watched some things on a friend's though)

Right now I mostly watch Heroes, Amazing Race, Avatar, news, and a handful of other programs.

I make time for some shows like Heros, Smallville, News, Americas Next Top Model (< Dont mock me!) or animes on Adult Swim. Other than that I usaually have my music on or am watching my J-Dramas and anime Im way ahead of than American TV like BLEACH, on sites and bittorent.

There are times when Im just out right BORED and lazy and just wanna lay in bed and not move with the Tv on, thats when good old fashioned Family Guy, Futuruama, Iron Chef, Unwrapped ect comes into play.

When there is nothing on and the movie channels fail me, it getts turned off. No way am I watching crap like Phil of the future, what not...

So Yeah I guess I actually do watch TV just not 15 hours out of my day.
