I'm considering doing a Jenova cos for K-con '07, but I'll only do it if there are some FFVII cos'ers that are down for a family reunion

Just to pop my head in, we should have the cosplay forms up next week for you guys. I'll try and get a format that the organizers can use so you don't have to print stuff out, just show up and sign the forms in person.

What is your hair like? Just as an example, last year I cosplayed as Vincent and I have long black braids, lots of them, and in my opinion it worked. I think the costume can be somewhat open in the hair department, or you could do a wig. But Vincent aside, Elena will be awesome, I look forward to seeing you at the Con.

You are referring to Loz. I've actually only seen one Loz before, and that was in Sakuracon photos from this year. I don't know how he made it, but he had the arm accessory and it looked really good, too. Crazy.

heh, yeah, that is one reason to explain why there are so many Turks every year. Pretty much one the simplest costumes to cosplay, but still awesome characters. Only the Turks can shoot Don Corneo off of the cliffs of Wutai!

My group, Turk Coffee, will be there. We've got Tseng, Elena, Rude, Reno, 2 Rufuses (yes, TWO!), AND IF I get my Sephiroth costume revamped in time, I MIGHT have it as well. But I'm so detail-oriented with this thing, I may not have it done in time for Kumori this year. :3

Either way, we'd love to get pictures with you as Jenova. (Or ANY other FF7 cosplayers, for that matter. We loves taking pictures with people.)

Yay, pic-chas! I'll be Barret, so a natural meeting of both Barret and Turks, or Barret and Sephiroth, is kind of unscripted or unlikely, but we will just have to be creative! Because, I would hate to not get some photo ops with all of you ^_^

XD I could bring it up to my incredibly crafty cosplay group and see about it. We're already planning on having a very large plywood prop that we're bringing down with us, but that's a secret. >.> Anyway, I'm confident that if we can construct what we're plotting, we could have a go at the Gold Saucer tram. XD

EDIT: After a brief discussion with another person in the group, we're contemplating actually making a miniature set for this instead of just a backdrop. It'd be relatively easy for us. Anyway, if we actually did this, would people want to use it? ^^

Anyhow! We're definatly going to consider the project, but our other props come first, as they'll be related to a skit we plan to do.
I'll keep you guys posted about it. The main issue is we only have so much car space, and we're coming from WA. So we'll see what we can do!

So, do we have the makings of a Final Fantasy photoshoot/cosplay group here? I'd really like to meet up with as many Final Fantasy cosplayers as possible, and not just at the photoshoot.
