Cover Contest: When does it start?

Ok, I'm really anxious to get this started.  When will we hear about the contest?  And can someone let us know what the prizes are this year?  I think alot of us were asking what we would get if we won.  Also, is there anyway we could have two winners this year?  Like an inside and front cover winner?

hmmm, it would be nice if this information could be released soon. The longer we wait, the less time the contestants will have to work on an entry.

As for the idea of two winners--I think it's a good idea, maybe have grand prize, first, second, and third place. First, second, &third places won't have prizes, but it would be a nice formality, especially since competition is very close.
