Daddy long legs are actually the moist poisnious but they cant bite you causue their bitter thinges are to small xD I forgot the name, im tired.

That's not true, they actually proved in Mythbusters that they can bite you, but their venom isn't as powerful as it was once thought.

Mythbusters is not always correct, but I can believe that statement up above me.

Final Fantasy was given it's name because it was meant to be Squaresoft's final game. They we're going out of business but FF pulled in enough revenue to keep the company going.

Best fact ever!!

To stay with the thread:

Pigs are carnivorous, so when posed the question "Why would you eat that poor defenseless animal?!" Remember that they would do the same to you.

- They are also not kosher.

- The TV show "House" takes place in New Jersey.
- When Tomb Raider was first being created, there was a debate on whether or not Lara should have been a guy; it almost led to the game not being produced at all.
- Lara was originally going to be named Lara Cruz.
- The rumor that "orange" rhymes with no other word is incorrect. Orange rhymes with Blorenge (a mountain in Wales) and sporange (a sac where spores are made). "Silver" has the same rumor going for it, but it actually rhymes with Wilver (a nickname) and chilver (a ewe lamb).
- "Set" has more definitions than any other word in the English language, with 464 different definitions.
- "Cwm" and "crwth" are the only two words in the English language that have no "vowels;" the "w" makes an "oo" sound, as in "doom."

Sporange is an English word, & as for the mountain in Wales, a name is a name, (plus Wales is a part of the U. K., so it works).

As for the Gaelic, that may be where the roots are from, but they are recognized as English words, too.  It's not the first time languages have taken words from each other.

- South paw is a term for left handed people.
- South Park is a real city in Colorado.
- South America has 12 independent nations on it.

It was the accepted practice in Babylon 4,000 years ago that for a month after the wedding, the bride's father would supply his son-in-law with all the mead he could drink. Mead is a honey beer and because their calendar was lunar based, this period was called the honey month or what we know today as the honeymoon.
