^ Hmmm...I'm not sure. If the term is being used to judge style alone, then yes, but if origin is considered, then no. I mean, Samurai Champloo shares many similar aspects and characteristics with Boondocks, but they differ in origin. As for my own personal view, I'd say yes, Boondocks could count as anime. (I do refer to Aeon Flux as anime also, afterall...)
