May work great in the wild, but for people, the reverse seems to be true, the stupid breed like rabbits, and the good ones die off. A band ffrom the early 80s called it De-evolution, or DEVO. Ask Pie about it, he seems to be a whiz on the subject.

^: No, because presumably if you're driving legally you have to hold a job to pay for the gas x.x.
V: Population control suggestion, remove all traffic law enforcement, before crashes that is. All the signs and lights are still there, just no enforcement, and everyone knows it. Jaywalking or running red lights/etc automatically makes you completely at fault. If there is a crash, then all the old rules are applied at that point. Is this a good plan for population control?

Not as good as legalizing meth would be. Banning DDT was a great start to re-invigorating the spread of malaria, so we need to do things like that.

Yes. But I can't remember which one I heard it in. I don't think it was A Little Snow Fairy Sugar, as it happens in Germany, that could be it. But I think there was one, just that it was a background music, not a bunch of anime characters doing the Chicken Dance. But that would look cool, in a sick way.

No. My dad can whistle really loud, and not have to use his fingers. As a kid I could hear him over 1/4 mile away. Just like calling the dog. I can whistle loudly, but not that loud, in a normal type of whistle, while carrying a tune in a bucket!
