Just curious what other people wish they could do O_o. I was reading through AirGear and came across

Been playing a lot of video games since the beginning of summer vacation... m'replaying FFX, and it would be the awesomest thing ever if I could cosplay Tidus. Ah well, dreams shall remain thus.

There are some gravity defying costumes in Glass no Kantai that I'd love to see someone wearing. I seriously doubt I would, though, because it would be near on impossible to make them wearable without filling the innards with helium to keep them from sagging... Oh, but they are pretty....

I wanted to cosplay as Kadaj this year...and then I realized a few months later that I wont be able to make it because I don't know HOW to make it! D:

plus I can't order a costume because I can't afford it! XD

I need a job. Those things are useful. yeaaah..

OK, now I've just GOT to find that website I saw a while ago. The fabric is painfully expensive - we're talking about $1500 / YARD - BUT, it's this computer controlled fabric that allows you to show any image you want on it. The original idea was to use it as camoflage because you could wear it and have it look like whatever's behind you - and since the "color" of the fabric is basically a moving image from a movie camera, the fabric would change as you moved or stuff behind you moved such that the wearer of the fabric is essentially invisible. So instead you could use an image of a bonfire (with a cute face on it).... and bada bing bada boom... calcifer.

Unfortunately, it'll take about 4 -5 yards of fabric to cover you completely, so that's 6000-7500 for the costume. Gee, it's more than your car is worth, isn't it?

Ghaaaaa... there are times when I really wish I were obscenely wealthy....

No! Not creepy at all. He's always been my favorite. Who wouldn't want torso-sized hands with giant claws on the ends?

As for the question at hand, I'd love to somehow pull of Anima from FFX/X-2. It is just the most amazing, original, terrible creature I've ever coem across.....but making it, and making it look good, requires skills and enginuity I just don't have, lol

That's OK Jaz, the Eva Unit 01 cosplayers have the same problem. You'll be the proper size for our skit!

I think it would be fun to be a Goomba from Mario but I wouldn't want to be my full height. If I successfully make a costume out of Hermes the Motorrad though, I'm not counting anything as impossible!

Hmmm.... maybe if I put the seat of a chair on a skateboard and sat crosslegged..... yeah.... Maybe next year!

for several years now i've had a dream of having Dash make me a cosplay from a very specific CCS ep that I could also wear to SCA events. however, i've never come up with the $. but i heard a rumor maybe we are having some kind of workshop on how to learn to sew? that would help me TONS. i spend WAY too much on costumery
