Oh yeah, the envelope stuffing event will start at the same time. It's just the rest of Mini-con that won't officially start before 10 AM. So our staffers can breathe while they set up the gaming and sound equipment.

I might cosplay. I dunno. I've got a new plan for my Pocky armor and if it works I may hafta bring that on principle.

I can always fall back on Mario or Steve the Pirate.

Anybody else wanna chip in and order a bunch of pizza for dinner?
Or maybe help me do a Muchas Gracias taco run?

Edit: Hey..... If anyone's interested in helping out, maybe I could do a little Pocky Club panel after the meeting. Like explain the Club, introduce some of our new members, show off our skills and give a little information about Pocky.
Who would I talk to about that?

What I really want is to try to learn how to play that awesome looking Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix video game. Though quite seriously the only thing I ever played was one of the early Nintendo Mario Brothers (and of course Atari & Pong & stand-up games like Pac-Man and stuff before that) I am woefully uneducated in the ways of gaming.

Me and my Link costume are planning on coming together... I mean im planning on wearing my Link cosplay for the mini con since I wont make it to the actual con.

WHERE IS THE MANGA LIST, PLEASE?

Help! I'm still confused finding my way around the forums, sorry! I keep looking for that list of manga we should NOT bring on Saturday. Does it exist somewhere?

I'm waiting for it to post a reminder to an anime mailing list, and it's now the day before the Con!

So I need the URL of the list... or if short, just so I can copy and paste to send to others. I'm not alone in having extra manga, and we'd like to know that what we bring Saturday will be wanted!

Yes, we will accept shounen-ai, even if it's not totally innocent

. If there are any titles that we feel aren't acceptable for general reading, ie adult content or too violent, we will come up with an alternate way of making them available to people.

(might be a little embarassing to mr.nezbit(dosent quite roll off the toung as well as kendo boyfriend..) but he would do it just to make me happy)

last night i was making dinner and i asked him if he could run to 7-11 and get me a cherry slurpie and he goes to 2 different stores to get the flavor i like

but as for the great majority of you that dont?

i didn't know who anyone was so me and my boyfriend kinda felt left out.. -_-'
though i did meet jaz! though, it was only through her cookies that i recognized her!
so um, maby a week or so before the con, we can all post pictures up of ourselves?
i say a week so that no one gets a haircut or changes their look anytime soon.

There was some talk about having another mini con at the last one. I forget who mentioned it at the meeting we had there but I was excited to hear that idea
