Thanks to step by step guides on youtube, Air continuer and loving dance I managed to get to the point right before Haruhi moves Yuki aside. It's not prefect but hey!

I read about maybe having a panel that teaches the dance - that would be cool. :3

Well, I can't do the dance and I neevr even heard the song before today.......but I can get you a cd of the song if you want it. ^_^

As long as it the short version and not the full song I should be able to do the dance by then! LOL in the park that would be awesome. I think people would do whoever's part they memorized, right now I'm trying to remember Haruhi's then Ill try to remember the other way around. Once the events schedule comes out we can figure out when and where to do it?

If there is a panel that would be cool and we could go out to the park right afterwards! I've seen people do the dance at three different cons now!
I think we could do this as a sort of flash mob thing with about the organization of a cosplay photoshoot.

My sister makes fun of me cause once in a while Ill be practicing when we're walking in the store or something just doing a little move of the hand. I tried finding it online to put on a DVD so I can practice it on the TV but nothings downloading right.

I'm stuck after Haruhi puts her hand to her head, all those little movement jumbled right there, and then all those little swirls at the end with her hand got me stumped.... T.T I

It sounds like we're most likely doing it at the park.
I'm not sure what the schedule is like though, probably kcon staff wont have that out ell end of august im guessing? *looks at last meeting date*
But I was thinking we could do it on Dead Day? To errr...liven it up? Or the second day, time depending, again on everyones must go to events like cosplay contest, ect.

I decided to practice all day today since I couldn't go to Mini-Con, and I ended up stepping on our stupid hair dryer someone left out on the floor, and the metal part got shoved up my foot, so theres like a cm deep gash in my foot and I cant walk or dance on it for awhile... lucky it wasn't bad enough for stitches, ewww *cringes*

Any talk at mini-con about the schedule?

Oh no! Sorry you wounded yourself! We did talk a little bit about the dance - there will be a panel so I will try to attend and then see if we can go to the park right after if the weather is nice. The other choices were before / during cosplay competition of playing it right before closing ceremonies.

Oo definetly not during the Cosplay Competition, I sit in line for 4 hours to get a top seat at that thing. So far I like the before closing ceremonies thing, I'm not sure which panel your talking about we could do it after but I don't know what else is going on during then either.

I love how much spirit they put into the movements in all the dances. Also, for those of you that watch Lucky Star they also do the OP dance to that show as well.

OMG! I've seen the video of them doing Thriller (heehee, I'm obsessed with that song/dance/video (not the video of the prison inmates doing the dance, but the short movie with Michael Jackson).

But I never knew that they also did the Hare Hare Yukai!

Yup, unbeknownst to most, there are only about thirty copies of that DVD in existence! Nobody holds on to their copy for more than a month, which is why they have never needed to make more! (just kidding, I love the movie, I really do)

I didn't love it, but I do enjoy it. At first impression I was greatly disappointed, but this is because I was expecting a FFVII film, even then. But now looking back at it I see it is truly a Final Fantasy movie. It has the key elements of a FF storyline, and I think it works. I dig it.
