Okay, so who here broke character so bad in their cosplay that you took a step back and went "...wtf?"

For me: Doing the Hare Hare Yukai dance as Riza Hawkeye. Several times. As I said after the first time I did it: That was so OOC I almost had to shoot myself.

Kerunyo (Hiei) was in a bad mood, so I helped her cheer up with this self-taken picture. :3

Yukina would probably never do what I was doing. xD
Hiei just wouldn't smile.
I really doubt he likes pictures, also...

Haha... OOC times... aaahh... they can be really fun.

I think the most OOC thing I did as the "Random Turk" Chantaru Highwind... was Sat. Night when I grabed Seifer by the back collar and nearly drug him from one side of the hall to the other.

I mean, come on... We're like... oh... rivals?! Why would I do that now, huh?

I mean... it wasn't like he was my "servant boy" or anything.

But it was just too much to pass up all at once that night.

Either in our skit, dancing around, or... Trying to glomp people while acting in character, yeah? Best to mention the fact that I was playing Sasori from Naruto. ^^;

Though, it was fun not eating very much for three days, just to be in character that way. I think I had around one small meal a day. 1 slice of pizza, or a couple of chicken wings a day. xDD

mmmh? a OOC moment, I think the whole time my friend and I were walking around as mugen and jin we were OOC, the only time we were in character was when we were staging a sword fight in the park.

xDDD Our Akatsuki group was playng patty-cake too. Itachi and Tobi was paired up, and then later it was Tobi and Sasori(Me). Right after that we were like: Umm.. This is not really what an 'evil' organization should be doing, right? Oh the glomps we got for that. ^^;

I resisted stealing anything except for time (Random Panel) from people while cosplaying Lupin III all three days.

I may have stold a few hearts, I recall on particular person exclaiming that she was now my official fangirl during Anime Jeopardy.

I don't smoke, which is a little out of character and I controlled myself around women.

but then i didnt have any more change...

then people were upset that my antivirus wasnt for sale...

so i had to break character...

Ah I love OOC moments... and I think those fish statues got more action those three days from cosplayers than they ever will again.

My OOC moments...

Ritsuka: hugged too many people... waaay too many people... and I bounced a few times when I saw amazing characters I love (Jin, Mugen, Sheik...).

Irvine: Didn't hit on enough girls, nope. Or guys, whichever. Did pose pimp-like with an awesome Selph. Thanks Meg!!! ^__^

Itsuki: Actually, I think I did pretty well as Itsuki... though everyone thought I was Kyon!!! The haaaair folks, look at the haaaair. XD;

I was walking towards the hotel on Sunday and I saw a group of characters from various anime' shout "HINATA-SAMAAAAAA!" and they all glomped this poor little Hinata cosplayer XD

VERY ooc, but SOOO hilarious! It was my friend's first ever glomp-tackle viewing experience. I think he was frightened....

Also, I was a demon nurse, as always, on Sunday and Heather, James and I all went to Heather's hotel room to take pictures of James reaching into the toilet XD

This song just came on my play list pretty much... and it made me just about spill water outa my nose.

Seifer + Numa Numa song - Chan's voice = Unable to breathe due to laughter.
I'm sorry! But think about it... stronger, tough, 'macho' man singing in a girly voice the Numa Numa song... it's almost too much!

And the Soda bottles... OH!!! <3 the soda bottles, as they make great projectile wepons! Kelli, Seifer, and Lil' Vincent thew soda bottles at each other... as well as think of some really wrong pairings to which I'm glad I don't remember.

The Cloud Song too, but once you hear it, you just gotta sing with it! <3

Parading around with Seifer after we "hung" Squall off of his gunblade too. But even then, I was more choaking for air due to laughter than anything.

I broke character so many times during cosplay chess it wasn't funny. There was no way that Martel would have laughed like I did, but I do have to say that my "Death" was in character, there was no way that she'd take on was it 6 people, she's not stupid, and she was in the Special forces.

Not sure if it's out of character for me, but posing with a Death Note group as Haruhi Suzumiya pretending to do the Hare Hare Yukai dance. That has to be in my top 10 favorite con moments this year.

EDIT: Oh yeah. And running away backwards from an L trying to give me a yaoi hug while I was dressed as Hawkeye. Then getting caught and having the expression of "WRYYYYYYYY?!" On my face. Well...maybe it's almost in character. XD

Uhh okay for me XD In both my Neji and Obito costumes my Tobi friend and I broke out into singing 'Guy Love'. Oh,and then on Sunday I was extremely hyper because I ate a coughdrop, although I don't know if Obito is hyper so I don't know if that counts...But it was amusing nonetheless :3 Oh and as Obito I would try and steal TEH MERCHANTS brains..And then fighting over the fruit with Temari...Hee. Well Renji has kind of a split personality so..it could be OOC depending on if were going by Seireitei or spaz Renji.

According to one of the staff everytime he saw me I was dancing. It must be true becuase he said this a couple times..while I was dancing.

Except ONE time, so I grabbed this guy near me ( Dunno hsi name but hesreally fun and apparently knows everyone (Not Chris tho) and we started doing the peanut butter Jelly time dance. I wish soemone would have taken a picture.

i think my big OOC moments as L was standing upright in the elevators or when i was purchasing things >.o lol, if that counts.

also, whenever someone would *GLOMP* me, i'd kinda squeek out of surprise, something i'm sure L would never do... but then again, he never gets glomped the was i was being attacked, so we'll never know.

(oh yeah, i would turn down unpackaged candy n stuff, which i'm sure L would happily take. but it would say "98% chance its poisoned", so i guess that's still in character. because, come on, it could've been poisoned!)
