I'm not sure of all who I'm going as. I'm only certain of one and that is the Abarekiller from the Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger series or as its called in America the White Drago Ranger from Power Rangers: Dino Thunder!

Along with it I have a skit in mind that invites con goers to participate before the contest and come up on stage and guest star during the skit. Well, considering I ended up not being able to go to SakuraCon as planned, and I already have the cloth and patterns for the costumes I was going to make...

I'll be:

Misa Amane from Death Note - the pinstripe jumper from Note/chapter 37
Mana from YuGiOh - the ancient Egyptian counterpart for the Dark Magician Girl

And I'm reprising my Ouran uniform for the tea party - the girl's one, of course. It doesn't get enough love over here. ;] (Not like I'm complaining~)

Maybe something else, too, but I haven't decided yet.

a lot of my cosplay plans went down the drain (due to finances and time, curse ye school and part-time job that doesn't make enough), but i'm pretty settled on doing mikuru from "the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya" (her purple maid dress + pinafore) and shader from "chrono crusade", although i'm also contemplating riza hawkeye from FMA too. :]

Well for sure, I will be doing Regular Dress- Princess Daisy. My little sister will be doing Toadette.

We're also considering the following duos since we'll probably be hanging out the whole time together.

Peacemaker --- Okita and Tatsu
Samurai Deeper Kyo --- Yukimura and Sasuke
Tactics --- Sugino and Suzu
Wallflower --- Sunako and Child Sunako
Seirei no Moribito --- Balsa and Prince
Avatar --- Azula and Ty Lee.

We're not sure which we'll pick, but we'll probably only do three. Right now I'm thinking it will be the Mario universe one, Avatar, and Wallflower... but things are still shifty. Any comments about it will be cool, I like input from other people.

Since I am retiring Tsunade this year and I <3 the conchair just alittle bit I decided I wanted to make the kumoricon mascot for 08. SO instead of having our conchair wear the outfit as they usually do I will be ^_^. <3 for Kumorigirl '08.

I might try to make another cosplay before the con starts but it is doubtful since this year the big cosplay is the mascot

Only problem,... What do I do with the blonde wig left over from the Tsunade cosplay, it is super long (down to my butt) and straight o.O

For now I'm planning a Jrock themed Demyx (KHII) along with a friend who is going as axel (hoping shes ganna do Jrock themed also)

Kind of up in the air, depending on what projects I manage to get done. What I'm hoping for:

Ryuushi Risai from Juuni Kokki/Twelve Kingdoms. Yay for relatively minor characters! If plans go well, we'll actually have a group -- I think the plans are a pre-queen Youko, Kyou-ou, and Kyouki.

Something from D.Gray-man. I want to get my Komui cos put together by then, but I'm not sure how well that'll work out. Otherwise, pre-exorcist Miranda (time permitting -- that cos is about half done) or Road (since that's done).

Nue from Air Gear. First regalia. Largely put on hold, but I desperately hope to finish it, especially since I have all the supplies.

Other prospects: Okita from Peacemaker (yukata version), Unohana or Nanao from Bleach (unlikely; the group's mostly stopped with Bleach for the nonce), whatever other crazy ideas I take into my head between now and con. Too many ideas, always far far too little time.

Yuffie Kisaragi's original costume, of course. That one will actually be finished my the time con comes around.

A version of KH2 Riku... Depends on how hot it is on the day I want to wear it. If push comes to shove I'll be regular Riku and only wear my Org cloak for Demyx.

Speaking of whiiiiich... I will be Demyx. I will has mullet. I will has sitar.

If our skit group can't find a Zexion, I'll be Zexion for the skit and we'll find another Demyx. But a taaaaaaall Zexion. X'D

Oookay, well, the only one that's for sure at the moment for me isn't anime, but is technically a video game character. It's also the result of a skit I had planned to write, but which doesn't look like it'll pan out for a variety of reasons (lack of cosplayers I know, a bit late to be thinking about entering the script, etc.)... but I already have the costume, so I figured, what the heck?

So without further ado, my one for sure cosplay at the moment.. is Indiana Jones.

The skit was gonna be something like 'Indiana Jones and the Con of Kumori', and would've dealt with stupid Indy/anime crossovers to appeal to a wider audience. Like 'Raiders of the Lost Shinigami' and 'Indiana Jones and the Temple of Yaoi'. Stuff like that... with stupid lines like 'Ninjas. I hate these guys.' and 'Yaoi... why did it have to be yaoi? I hate yaoi!'. But that's beside the point.
