So... Phoenix Wright
« on: October 11, 2007, 10:54:41 am »
I just got into the first one a couple weeks ago, on the last chapter. In light of this (and in hopes this hasn't been posted on here already >_>), I decided to re-visit the Phoenix Wrong flash series. Think AMV Hell, but with Phoenix Wright. Good stuff. Note that some of this might be inappropriate for some, so... meh, you're warned.

Thing is, there's so many of them on Newgrounds. Like... a frightening amount. So I figured I'd just link to some of my own personal favorites. Enjoy.

Phoenix Wrong - the original classic
Phoenix Wrong Rides Again - the godzilla roar is golden
Phoenix Wrong 3 - "It's not a big truck! It's, it's a series of tubes!"
Phoenix Wrong: Last Stand - a large compilation of various people's ideas, a la AMV Hell 3
Phoenix Wrong: Lawgasm - "You were almost a Jill sandwich!"

Below this are ones not by the guy who made the first five, AshfordPride.
Phoenix Wrong:Triple Take - "You want five hundred dollah!?"
Phoenix Wrong: No **** - WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!
Phoenix Wrong: Green Wing - using audio from the UK sitcom. "She looks like a scrotum in a hat!"

I was curious about the game too.  I kept hearing about it and finally broke down and bought it.  I never realized it could be so addicting.

I scared my cat everytime I shouted "Objection!" or "Hold it!" XD

And is the 3rd game on sale in the US?  I can't seem to find it.

Yeah the third game is out in America now. It's the one called "Trials & Tribulations"

What I can never seem to find is the second one "Justice For All"  ???

I seem to have the exact opposite problem.  I've seen (and bought) "Justice For All" but I have yet to see "Trials & Tribulations."

Wright now or law-ter?

(Yes, I apologize for the extremely bad puns but it was edgeworth it)

I've seen the game around Eugene stores.  If you ever go down there you might want to check it out (or call the stores first so you don't rush over with no success).

If you can find it at the right price, then yes, it's worth it.  The last chapter was very, very cool.

Have you seen the pictures for Phoenix Wright 4? I'm not sure that's the title, because some other guy is the main character....poo.

I've heard about that and seen a couple of screenshots.  He looks like Wright but I think he sees Wright as a mentor or something.

Yea, thats the best way to go. The guys at the game store here told me that "Justice for all" is far more hard to come by.  I got my copy online for about $15

The new series of Ace Attorney stars Apollo Justice instead of Phoenix, who's still in the game but hangs out at a Russian bar playing piano and poker. He also owns a talent agency (I swear I'm not making this up ;P). Interestingly, his adopted daughter Trucy is your assistant throughout the game.

Thanks for the info on the next game. ^_^

But just in case, please don't spoil anything else the might relate to Phoenix, Mia, and Pearl.  I want to find out what happens next.

*Chuckles at the name* I'm starting to think they should have a lawyer called "Abe Jection."
