So, anyone else doing Legend of Dragoon? Im middway through a Lloyd getup, debating adding the cloak he wears when he.... does that thing near the end of disk one ^_-. I should also have to Dragon Buster, of course.

Wow, I never thought I would see the day when someone would do legend of dragoon, unfortunatly I already have other cosplays planned or I would totally join up XD

Two of the people in my cosplay group are going from Dragoon for the next Sakuracon.

Just like Boogiepop said, I will be going as Shana from LOD at Sakuracon and Shadowfate will be cosplaying as Dart.

QElderHell if you get Lloyd done by Sakuracon it'd be great to meet up for photos. There is so little LOD love T_T

That is awesome. Are you going to wear it to Sakuracon and Kumoricon then? Either way with Dart, Shana, and Lloyd who knows what could happen. >.>;

Well I've finished Shana's clothes which can be seen here. That sucks. My game has disk 1 scratched so bad I'm probably going to get another one off ebay.

Just a note to say we will indeed have the costumes done for Sakuracon and we'll be at Kumoricon as well. Hopefully as it gets closer to Kumoricon we can get a photoshoot group together.

Wow I haven't played that game in ages...I'm so bad at RPGs *curses* If you guys do show up at kcon, I'll have to look up the characters again so I can take pictures of you guys!

Yeah, we'll for sure be at Kumoricon this year. So far we have Dart and Shana, and if QElderHell finishes we'll have a Lloyd as well. There are rumors of Dragoon forms running around, but I can't confirm or deny them

Neither have I. I keep meaning to play through it again, but the dialog is just too painful. They ALL speak the same way;

" Dart, do not go to fight Lyod alone because he is too strong and you will beaten"

" I do not care. I cannot give up because I must defeat him because he is trying to hurt Shana and I cannot allow that because I lover her"

Seriously though, it's a fun game the costumes are amazing. Id want some pictures.
Maybe you guys can do a skit where you all talk like the characters from speed racer.

Well the costumes survived Sakuracon! I need to alter Shana's top since the back was too loose and fix Dart's bootcovers, but other than that everything's ready. We found a Lloyd and Rose at Sakuracon as well, but so far we only have pictures of Dart and I.

Look forward to seeing you all at Kumoricon and possibly getting a photoshoot together with QElderHell.

Shana's costume had an accident so it turns out we wont be wearing Dart and Shana again this year. It sucks, but there's not much to be done about it.

If I were a crossplayer, I'd DEFINITELY be going as Meru!! She is sooo my favorite girl from an RPG, besides Noa from Legend of Legaia, of course.

I've actually tried this myself, and I can verify that it works about half the time. If your game is badly scratched and you're going to throw it away anyways, try putting some white toothpaste (not that glittery crap) on the bottom and rubbing it in to fill in the scratches. You still gotta be gentle doing it, but if you really believe you have nothing to lose and the game is hopelessly lost, give it a shot.
The only problem is that the machine can get warm and mess with the consistency of the toothpaste, but it's only happened once to me.

I was at Sakuracon, but didnt see any LoD >.<

I will be at Kumoricon as Lloyd, so hopefully I wont be alone lol.
