You shut your mouth! That movie was the greatest!
Don't you ever say an unkind word about a Mel Brooks film! (except maybe Dracula Dead and Loving It)

One of these days I want to make a creepy fake beard for someone by shaving off my beard and sticking it to their face. Now THAT would be scary.

I enjoyed spaceballs...

The worst movie i've ever seen though has to be Meet the Spartans. That movie actually made me throw up

You expected any less where Spacells and Dracula: Dead and Loving it are concerned this is Mel Brooks we're talking about. You should see Blazing Saddles and History of the world Part 1 absolutely6 hysterical stuff.

And I never saw meet the Spartans. In the previews I saw for it I thought, "This has got to be one of the dumbest movies I have ever seen a preview for."

Spaceballs is good classic cheese...love it. I would have to say that the dumbest movie in history has to the The Brothers Solomom or however that is spelled...that was painful from beginning to end, that is 1.5hrs of my life I will never get back & am angry for that. Since that movie...Babylon A.D. was the next in line that just dusgusted me every second of the way...just an aweful piece of crap that was.

Got rejected at the Disney Store. Why? It was because I didn't have any sales/retails experience. Still looking though and I'm glad that I went clothes shopping for an interview outfit if I ever go to one. :3

Well Sakis 01 if you're really looking for a job you could always try working for SAFEWAY as a courtesy clerk. Granted it ain't much but you'll get pay, benefits, and the advantage of having the UFCW (United Food Commercial Workers) union Local 555 watching your back.

I'm glad that I still have work even if I hate it...sadly my G/F has not been able to find any work after the last winter lay-offs & she has lots of experience. Just hang in there and don't give up, most employers like persistance because it shows that you want to work, not just want the money.

Ya...and not to mention, with the internet as such a huge part of life these days, employers are more & more likely to use online only applications which to me, is impersonal & just not the same at all. When I started working, it was important to turn in applications directly to a manager for a mini-interview/first impression that would help steer the decision for a longer interview & hire...hell, there are even times you would get hired on the spot if you impressed them enough. I miss those days...glad that I'm still employed during this all.

D: yeah job serching sucks. i realy want a job. not just for money but so i could start buliding friendly relationships with people other then my b/f's miltary buddies. online apps dont work because they only let you apply for the posistions they need right then (manerge, assistant manager) and i dont have any experiance in such a thing. i've been a secretary, ive worked in a logistics depart ment of a clothing store and ive worked with kids.

yeah. I am happy I at least have a job. but on average I make $600 to $700 a month. my bills, not adding in gas or food, are $1025 a month. (my rent is only $200 because my parents basement is what I live in so they are my landlords.) I also get $90 to $120 in child support a month which barely covers only my son's food. and then if I am lucky I get tips so that normally covers gas. My savings, which I had finally had up high, is almost all gone. Only saving grace I have is sometimes my dad has some work for me at his place, JST Electronics, (I think I spelt it right, and the T in JST is me. ^^) but if his work is low then mine is. Most of the time I don't have much to do and the most he can ever give me is only $300, but he pays me $10 and hour. I think the most I ever got though there was only like $120. I really need a second job. ><

Ouch Roddy, hope things work out for you and you find more work...that sucks. My monthly expenses are over $2000 but my G/F gets unemployment & we have a roommate paying rent...might be a second one coming soon. If it weren't for all that...think we would be in trouble. From the look of it though...we might have seen the worst pass already. Will still take a long time for things to get back to what they were, but shouldn't be as hard. If I had my own company, I would hire you!  :P We just got our pre-holiday surge of orders AND my boss has been out of town so I have been working a ton of OT this pay period...that is Christmas & Sakuracon moneys I think

I would have to agree...that seems only fair...but I had 4 siblings & it seemed that the rules changed for each one of us lol. Probably since we were all so different in ways that they would have to adjust their parenting techniques lol...who knows.
