I stress in mild little ways a lot so I never relise I am stressing but I am. So that is part of it, I need to chill. no vacation though, I already don't get enough hours at work.
I think the key thing is that the day after the hallween party I got off my life schedual. I eat one meal within groups of 3 hour periods in day, each being 200 to 300 cals normally except for dinner which is 450 to 550 normally. It keeps my body and mind fuiled in a nice even manner. 7-10 (moring wake up, almost always instant brakefast with 8oz milk and half a banana.), 10-1(brakefast), 1-4 (lunch), 4-7 (after work snack, or just snack if no work that day.), then 7-10 (dinner).
I have been missing my brakefast a lot, and my lunch. and eating candy instead of dinner, then eating a small dinner after 10pm. my body is mad at me. Also, other then work, havn't done any exerzice either. I only been sleeping like 4 to 7 hours a night. And I have not been drinking that much water. I norally from 5 to 9 glasses, but have only been doing 1 or 2 glasses last few days.
