Personally being 36 I think the best I have to offer is hiding up my sleeve. As long as you're alive you can change the world. I've heard of folks who at 40 have changed their lives for the better. You can do anythinmg you set your mind to, all it takes is focus and discipline. And it never hurts when all else fails to ask for help from your friends, because that's what they're there for.
