I need cosplay help!!!

I need help on THREE things!

1. I can't get my Shia Pajama Cosplay Cat ears to stand up.

2. I help on how to make a Haruhi Cosplay from scratch

and

3. I need help on how to make a Lucky star Cheerleading outfit!

Please help me.

I'm pretty good at sewing i just need to know how to do things.

which haruhi cosplay are you doing?  presuming its the school uniform, its going to be similar to the cheerleading outfit.

the easiest method would be the find a pattern similar if not exactly alike the cosplays you're doing.  for a cheerleading outfit(note: I dun remember what it looks like), I believe any pattern for a pleated skirt and a t shirt.  patterns will have cut outs and instructions on how to put it all together.

its hard to say as it sounds like you already have a set.  I'm not sure how they're constructed so what I say may not work.

I'm presuming you already have ears that are just a bit...droopy.  the main idea in such a case is maybe see if you can give the ears some sort of solid structure which can like a human skeleton.  it can be something simple a small rod.

I'd suggest sticking coat hangers in the ears. Just find some wire clippers and stick 'em in. This is assuming they're made of fabric and not just one layer. >>
