So...who all do we need/want to see? Or if any group needs a specific x member for something, I'm a former actress and up for anything (first con and first cosplay so I might as well dive in, right?).

I'm 5'2", which is why I was originally leaning towards Roxas, but there are a lot of Roxas' out there, and since I'm not really set on anything, I thought I'd toss it out to the group, any ideas?

(I'm highly tempte to try Lexaeus or Vexen, just for the sheer fact there un-loved...or Zexion, just so I don't have to buy a wig, just hair dye)

Personally, I love Zexion and would love to see one there, cause I might be forgetting about something but I haven't seen anyone say they'll go as him... that's just my opinion.

Zexion would be easier to pull off prop wise (easier/cheaper to make a book then a giant sheild/tomahawk (ms), not to mention he's the youngest (next to Roxas), which means less make-up...

Well, my friend may go as Zexy. And I don't think Lexaeus or Vexen get enough love. >>;; But I guess everyone else wants Zexy instead. XD I think Vexen would be funny, though. ^^

Yeah... I think Vexen and Lexaeus are most forgotten... but one time I was listing all 13 with my friend, and I remembered everyone but Vexen... he's so... forgettable.... XD But as long as there is at least one Zexion that I can hug or something, I'm all good!

It is actually. XD I remember when he first showed up I thought he was Larxene or something cause he sounded like a girl! XD But then it said he was Demyx... kinda made sense. lol

I remember falling off my chair laughing when he ran past the trinity in the Underworld yelling 'Run, Run away!" I knew in that moment I would love the character forever (even if he did hand me my rear end in under 40 seconds multiple times).

It's not so much that he's forgettable...as just...not there. Yes, he's in Chain of Memories, but you'd have to actually played (and beaten that game) to remember him (which some fans...don't). Not to mention he's...well, older. He gets pushed to the side by some of the fandom and thus, he slips our mind in favor of characters that are more in your face.

S'Why I was hoping to portray either Vexen or Lexaeus if I can pull off they're weapons, because it sucks that such intresting characters did sort of get lost in the shuffle. Eh...maybe that's my love of the original six showing through (*is science geek*).

And don't mention hugging! I'm trying to work on my insane urge to hug every KH character I come across.

The orginal six need all the love they can get. Without them, no Kingdom Hearts after all! *grins* And I can see why they did what they did, the emotional heart (or just heart in KH terms) is a fascinating field of study. What makes us feel certain things, what benefit are these emotions, what harm? Why can some people simply...not feel an emotion. Why did humans develop emotion? Was it an evolutionary point, to better our survival or a fluke of the brain?

I've finally decided if they host skits at Kcon, I'm doing Ienzo losing his heart. I've always wanted to explore that and am too lazy to write out a whole story so this way, I get what I want and a fun time (okay, dramatic time, I can't make heart loss funny).

...too bad no one's going as a heartless, I could so use them.

And I totally wrote a school paper on Zexion and Lexaeus taking Demyx's heart for my gothic essay... XD It was horrible, but fun to write. X3

There's almost always at least the main/most popular Org members at the con, even if they aren't on the forums. There will at least be Axel and Demyx. ^^

I totally wrote an Ienzo/Myde story for lit class and got an A...KH characvter stories for class for the win!

But, I know there will be nobodies at Kcon, myself being a dancer and then a friend of ours is serously considering a heartless cosplay.

Heartless invasion would be awesome...and I am totally practicing my nobody sway and eerie silence..ness.

And yeah, goatchild, I kinda agree. They're basically twins. I had to make a decision though, because me and my friend are doing Yaoi-themed costumes for Sakuracon. We may even bring them to Kumoricon, though =D

Also, someone suggested this in the Sakuracon forums, but I think we should do it a K-con as well.... A Kingdom Hearts pajama party!! We could all meet up (preferably in the evening, but w/e works for most people is fine by me) in pajama versions of our KH characters.

Right-o, really sad our Zim didnt work out..but theres always next year~ So, it looks like for one day we'll have
Roxas,Axel,Hayner,Seifer,Demyx for sure, and another day we'll have Dancer Nobody, Riku, and Street!Xigbar,Demyx. I know one of our freinds wants to do a Heartless Cosplay, and...Im pretty positive we still have our Zexion from last year for this year too. Anyways! Depending on what day we do the shoot, and if we decide to do the cosplay contest, we'll either be Twilight Townish, or Org/Nobodyful haha.

Weeee..I should stop messing with my Roxas wig...its just so fun to style~ -cannot wait to style axel wig- hehehehe....

Im pretty sure Ill bleach my hair blonde for Roxas, even though I have a wig I have a weird fear of my hair showing through a wig ..besides it needs to be blonde for Quatre anyways XP

So..should we try to put together a rough list of the characters we have so far possibly coming to the photoshoot? Haha..or maybe even plan like a starbucks invasion like last year..that was amazing XD though Im not sure if there will be a starbucks..but you get the idea. Its always cool to go someplace with all the freinds youve just made~ most of my best kcon memories have to do with the shoot and the after-party thinger XD

Kay, so, me, Hashi, and our group of friends have two KH groups roughly put together:
1st Group: Dancer, Deep Dive Riku, Demyx, Stree-style Xigbar, possibly Zexion, Axel...
2nd Group: Roxas, Hayner, Seifer, possibly Demyx and Axel (again)...

Hashi may know more people in our group and/or who is and isn't doing it for sure. But that's the main people I know of. So we'll be KH for two days, not sure which group for which day etc etc, but yeah. Just so ya'll get the basic idea. ^^

and Yup, that be our group! We MAY have a Namine, or a Kairi..and..possibly a heartless, but at this point those are up in the air.

Also, Im going to just take this opportunity to ask, who is possibly planning to do a skit or participate in the cosplay contest? Our group definately wants to do something, and were just trying to write skits, or figure out what people might want to see a skit on. Weve written a bunch to be filmed but were having a bit of a problem narrowing a plot down to a 3 minute stage skit haha

So that brings me to my next question XP any requests or anything y'all might want to see a skit on?

That's already been done, though. And it was awesome, too. XD And I personally am one of those people who don't consider dances skits (is just my opinion : P). So, yes, dancing is an option, but what would you like to see in an acting skit as opposed to a dancing one? ^^
