Question about cosplay contest!

Alright. So I have a question, and I'm too stupid to be able to figure it out. >.<

First of all, is the cosplay contest the same as the skits? That's what I hear. >.>

And if you wish to do a skit, what must you do? My friend and I have never done one
before, and we wish to do one, but we don't even know where to start!

The cosplay contest does include skits, but they are not a requirement.. some people just walk across the stage to show off their cosplay.

And for your skit, you can do most anything you want (as long as it falls within acceptable guidelines, which we will post in the upcoming months.)  You can recreate a scene you saw somewhere else (I recall one skit where they re-did the dead parrot sketch from Monty Python), some are set to music... pretty much whatever appeals to you.

A good place to ask questions is in the cosplay forum... the people there are always willing to help a fellow congoer out
