It's looking like we will be doing an outreach event at OIT March 8-9.  Not final, but worth keeping an eye open for.  It will include anime viewing rooms and a gaming area.

This event will be co-sponsored by Kumoricon and OTAKU (the OIT anime club)

Oops, Oregon Institute of Technology is in Klamath Falls, just over the Cascades to the east.  I want to say it's an hour or hour and a half by car.  Just take Highway 140 east and follow the signs.

Time is a little short for having more events down there, but next year might be good for a Medford/Ashland event.

I live in Grants Pass, right next to Medford.  I'm also moving to Portland in a few months or so.

When are you guys planning to move to PDX?

HOPEFULLY before August 25 (which is my birthday). If that doesn't happen, then before the end of the year. Me and the boy have had trouble saving due to some random bills, like medical bills, tickets, and car being impounded >.<
