Hi everyone! I'm new here to the forums (though I've been stalking it for a while now

) and to Kumoricon. I've pre-registered for Kumoricon 2008, and this will be my first time going. I'm really excited! I've wanted to go for the past couple of years, but never got the chance to until now.
I'll be going with a group of friends who have gone since the beginning, so it should be fun. ^_^ I hope to get to know more people there as well.

That's probably because she was active in the forums and events before the 07 con started.

Yeah, that's a great clue to all newcomers as to how to make great connections for the con, get active on the forums! Really is the best way.

Hey thar!

This'll be my fourth Kumoricon and I have to say it is one of my best weekends out of the whole year and I staff the whole time

My first time I went without knowing anyone and now I have a bunch of con friends between here and Sakura-con and have to say you definitely have a better time with friends there

Last year was my first Kumoricon(and anime-con as well) Now me and my family are hooked and are now going to Sakura-con and Kumoricon every year.
