Yeah, I figured so. That is one thing I need to learn: how to bake from scratch. I know nothing of it, for all we know I would probably put yeast in cookies...lol

Don't worry, I make most of mine from mix too.

Sometimes I make them from scratch, but it requires so much effort (sometimes the dough needs to be fridged overnight)...bleh.

Yeah, I've heard it is quite troublesome (I hear it from Britt, her being a professional baker and all that). You would think I'd pick up a thing or two about the kitchen with all the time I spend with her, but nope....I'm as thick as crunchy peanut butter, lol

Yeah I agree...baking cookies from scratch do take a lot of effort....to be honest with you, I don't think I've ever baked cookies from mixes..except when I was younger with those darn Tollhouse cookies XD
