no, invader spleen is the one that sent in the form....and well its out of our hands if we don't get a room, and I'm not even sure how long it will drag on the party, there are more questions.

I'm sure we will have a room and it will be no big deal. And the event will drag on for as long as we are scheduled. If we want it to go longer then we can move to the park outside and continue.

It will start at the hotel (I don't know for sure but that is my guess for now) and then if we want to continue past our given time we can move to the park.

I have no idea. I am just guessing. We wont know who big of a room we will have till the schedule comes out. And even after the schedule comes out you can look at a map or go to the hotel to see for your self. Or we will have to wait for the con to see how big it is. I'm guessing we can get about 100 people in but there wouldn't be much room. I'm sure it will be in one of the smaller conference rooms.

Should we do, like, rotations if we need to and there are too many people? I'm trying to think of options to use if we are faced with the problem of too little space. I suppose we also could always just go outside for half the people and stay inside for the other half.

I think taking a few games outside would be the best idea. We can plan on keeping some inside and some outside. I would say keep the glomp circle inside so it doesn't get mixed in with the other ones (unless that is what people want).

That sounds fun. But I dunno about going outside. I have nooo clue how big the room will be and how many people are going so I'll just make back up plans. Am I pretty much the main coordinator? I'll check back in more if it is me. XD I did turn the forms in and am making the rules after all... I just wanna see if I have to do anything else.

With the photoshoots, and the ice skating...and the Tea parties...and The cosplay contest...plus Karaoke...and the Chess cosplay...

But I can do a lot, I just prepare everything before I go and make room for changes just in case. I'm good at planning things and going places and just going with the flow. : )

Oh me an a couple of juniors from my school wanted to go as the FF members and I was gonna go as Kadaji and my friend as Sephy and like people can be others and we were going to to the performance of singing Sephy theme. It was like Wings something or like that XD

Randomly popping in again to say that we've discussed game options several times in this massive thread, so it amuses me that it keeps being brought up. XD It is a massive thread full of chatter (shame shame : P) so I understand not bothering to read through for the game discussions.

Anyway, I think someone should go through this thread and just write down any and all suggestions that pertain to the actual event and sort it all out. Cuz we had some really good ideas way back in there. We just have to find them again. ^^
