I made for my lunch a beef stir fry that I marinated in Temari salt, pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and added to the saute pan minced fresh garlic, chopped onions, broccoli, ginger, summer squash and quartered mushrooms. Put a bed of long grain white rice over top so everything would come out from the nuke box nice and hot.
Nancy's yogurt, and some Jell-o that I now see is sugar free. ugh oh and a can of mountain dew.
