My brunch today is sirloin steak, kinda sorta cooked teppanyaki style. It's easier to par-cook and not over cook in the microwave, and easier to cut up in the plastic container too. I have instant mashed potatoes, herb and butter variety. Wheee, huh? And some frozen vegetables, peas, corn, carrots, green beans, maybe no peas, I forget. I have some Nancy's yogurt, (think global, shop local), and some tapioca pudding for dessert.
