Question.

Will you be taking registration at this? More to the point, staff registration. because I want to register as staff still as I haven't been able to actually do it since my work has been giving /very/ odd days of scheduling. And this is on my birthday, sooo... Yay. :3 Might have to actually drive out there this time. D: ... Note to self, find address.

And also... what kind of games will be there. o.o

so I didnt read the last 5 pages, so I dont know if its been mentioned or not, but this is the same day as asiafest http://www.arfoundation.net/asia_fest.htm
I havent been to either before, is kumoricon lite worth going to over taiko drumming and asian foods?

I don't see why you can't go to both, K-Con Lite goes till 9pm, while Asiafest stops at 6.

Omg I can't go to K-con lite!

I asked for it off to celebrate my birthday and got some nasty response back about how the schedule was already made and I should be more organized... It is over 3 weeks away, I didn't think it was unreasonable to be asking for it off now.

Then I had to beg to get my birthday off on the 13th and they also won't give me time off for the other Uwajimaya event or Memorial day, for the same reason. How sad

Anyone else interested in some sort of cosplay workshop during this event? I'm not sure what room we'll be able to grab, but at the very least, I'm sure i'll be able to occupy a corner of one of the undesignated rooms for cosplay related fun...

I'm sure it will be fine, but be sure to ask one of the people in charge which room to use. Drop us an email or PM with specifics and I'm sure we could figure something out.

Any chance that I could get a table for Pocky Club? I do forsee some deliveries at this event and I know that we'll have cosplayers there. I wouldn't be able to stay the whole time but I'd like to give my club members another chance to run things on their own. I have to make sure I leave around 4:30 so I can get home in time for my Vampire game. It's been on hold for a few months what with my wedding and the staff retreat.

So do we have room for Pocky club or will we be clipboard rangers?

what size of table do you need? I have a pre-event meeting with PSU facilities this Thursday, so I need specifics. Also, talk to Jaki, because I don't know who all shes invited yet, which would let me know how much space we have left.

as far as I know you are able to register as staff online aren't you? *shakes her head* anyway Registration should be set up there if everything works out as planned and if my manager's car doesn't break down again. At the very least I am pretty sure we will be taking registration, but hopefully we will be printing badges too... this is not set totally in stone, so don't be disappointed if I am there in the mascot outfit and we've got no printers to do reg with....

Nope..director has to sign your form so you have to register at a meeting/event they are at.

Most PSU students get off at goose hollow, just walk east across 405 and bam psu is right there. Though if one wants to avoid walking entirely 9th / library is where the max intersects the street car that has a PSU stop.

This event is being primarily staffed by the PSU clubs (since they are the ones hosting it). We are providing staff for some of the content (ie, karaoke), but for the most part, this is an opportunity for regular Kumoricon staff to relax and have fun.

I bet there will be space, the student union building is quite big. If all you need is a little table and an outlet there is plenty of spots
