Granted, ame-con begins; however, people become absorbed into 'trick or treating' due to ame also meaning candy in Japanese. The convention loses it's beautiful culture, fans, thus gradually disintegrating into a simple Halloween.

(Hmm, halloween weekend wouldn't be bad, but not at the expense of our beloved K-con! ♥)

Don't you make a bicorn hat by taking a circle of material, setting it on a block ( head shaped piece of wood) and fold up the front and the rear? Using starch or something to keep it stiff. Sounds easier, and safer than shaving a bunch of beavers and dunking that in mercury, and forming it on a block.

Note - *shrug* An attractive Bicorn is really flipping hard to make from scratch, it's a napoleon hat, you know? Rounded hat caps are hard, and the shape is equally difficult. I've made normal hats before, but this...not so much. Granted, I'm also a perfectionist

Actually what I'm doing now is I bought a brown bicorn from a costume shop and I'm re-covering, which is also hard, but slightly less so. *Shrug* I do this to myself.

Granted, you now have a lease of a transmission shop. There are quite a few AT's but mostly four on the floor manual transmissions, whcich the lot of need repairing by the weekend, or you will be sued and owed so much money, you will never be able to leave your parents house.

I wish more of us made nice little mistakes like the one above...
