Enjoying my new pad.
Oishii, you are so lucky. My dorm was called Bean at UO. The architect literally designed prisons for a living. My room was about... six feet wide by around ten feet long. You could touch your fingertips from one wall to the other where our wardrobes were. About 2 1/2 feet of space between our bunk beds. We had two very skinny windows on either side of the room.
To top it off, the study room was a concrete brick room, no windows, and something straight from either an interrogation room (sans one-way mirror) or a visitor section. The complex was kind of shaped like a pixelated "8" with small courtyards that would ECHO EVERYTHING AT NIGHT in them. Including the drunken fights and raunchy arguments.
My dorm was the dorm that everyone would go, "Oh, you live in Bean? I'm sorry" to. It was really funny. Even with all those problems, living in dorms still was fun. It was narrow, but my roomie and I got along fairly well.
@ Eve: Awesome. Nice accessories, nice hat, nice outfit, nice facial hair. Saucy
