I've heard of them, but not listened to them. Just checked them out on youtube. Definitely good stuff.

I'm working on getting my group together. Right now I'm working on the arrangements for an album that's bound to remind the listeners of Power Glove. I'm going to hold off on including my arrangement of Kurobeneiki (the theme from Tetris) though. But if I ever go on tour, you can bet I'll finish every show with my arrangement of the theme from Rainbow Road 64...it's just the perfect song for the end of a great set. :]

Ah, surprising. Blind Guardian is what got me into symphonic metal, followed by Rhapsody.

If you're a Tolkien fan at all, check out their album "Nightfall in Middle Earth." It is awesome. I've got it on my ipod so maybe I'll come visit you in gaming at Sakura-con

Looks like I'm a few weeks late but I couldn't help but notice the conversation about metal. I love metal. Heavy metal, power, grind, black, symphonic, thrash.. you name it, I probably like it. Anyways, I noticed someone mentioning Tolkien.. and while it isn't metal, you should really do yourself a favor and check out the band "Caprice". "Faeries Stole Bridget" is one of my favorite songs.

I tried playing a flute like that once. I gave up because it was really cold and my keyboard beckoned. I just stick to my pennywhistles, panpipes, and recorders when I feel like playing an instrument with my face. Strings and hammers like me better.

Reppy, remind me again in a few weeks to check that band out. I don't have my own computer right now so I can't really go check them out, but I'll probably be getting a new one as soon as I get my financial aid straightened out.

Teasel, don't worry! D: My hair once caused a herd of wild buffalo to kill a few thousand people in a remote hidden village in Kansas. Sometimes people just have dangerous body parts. :O

Yeah, sure. If you need, I can probably set you up since they might be hard to find. For what it's worth, I have a huge collection of really obscure metal bands if you're interested. Don't know which genres you like, but I've got a lot of bases covered.

(Although .. mine doesn't even compare to my friend's .. then again, he runs a small distro and buys / sells CDs all the time, so his collection is pretty big.)

Yeah I dont have much in me, but I do have a slight olive tint when I got tan ugg I wanna be pale again. And the shape of my eyes is from my mom as well. I got the accursed height challenged part as well T_T and to top it off, I got my dads big feet. So I'm the same hieght as my mom with bigger feet >.<

and thats me. I got the green eyes from my dad and grandpa lee haha. and the weird brown freckle in my eye confuses me but eh, what ya gonna do?

BlackRose, do you have the brown spot on both of your eyes, or just one? I'm thinking you might have some mild genetic abnormality that's left you somewhere between Hazel and Green. Hazel eyes have a brown center and a goldenrod circumference. Mine are really dark hazel so they look brown unless you shine bright lights into them.

I started playing Piano seriously (I had some experience with keyboards beforehand) in late summer 2001, so I'll be at 8 years by the time Kumoricon rolls around. I haven't been able to play much piano lately though because my piano is at my grandparents' house and I can't afford to move it. :[ I still have my keyboard, guitars, mandolin, pennywhistles, and panpipes to play though.

I have hazel eyes and I used to have a blue-green spot in my left eye. My family would always point and talk about it. Now it's not so noticeable but it's still there.
Anyway, it's been a while. Here's a picture:

I love how Soul is "oh, w/e" face, black star is obnoxious as usual, and I chose to ignore him. XD
