So .. I started this new brutal workout routine like 6 days ago (10 days in a row, 5 days off, repeat once) .. also started tracking my calories on FitDay.com (currently eating 2700-3000 calories a day) and maybe it's just my imagination .. but I swear my arms are exploding! :O
Once I'm done, I'm going to go on a fat loss diet and do a lot of circuit training, jogging, and jump roping. A girl's gotta look her best, amirite? ^_^
