my infant development teacher Dr. Martorell was saying that up to 300 mg of caffeine is fine when pregnate(that is like 8-10 cans of pop depending on the type, tho coffie has about 155-288 per 12 oz), it wont hurt the baby, and the stress of trying to cut yourself off from caffeine can be harder on the body then the caffeine is
so cut down but dont go cold turkey, and of course you should not drink dt coke it tastes like crap
