Since this year is the 10th anniversary of Utena, I was wondering if anyone is planning to cosplay and SKU characters?

This year, my girlfriend and I will be cosplaying Utena and Anthy.

I will be working on my Mikage costume in the last month and a half to the con so i can try and get into better shape before I don my pink pageboy wig.

I bought the fabric yesterday, so it's definitely ON.

And I had no idea it was the 10th AN. That makes it so much better! Awesome.

My hair is already pretty long, and I don't think it'd fit into a wig THAT sort. And I look terrible in white. I know my limits. XD

I'm glad there's diversity though. It makes cosplaying the same character as others more fun. XD

And yay remaster. Perhaps I can get a set where the last 10 episodes are in the right order? :X

Well, I'm actually doing the Hellsing shoot that day, I believe, so it would be pretty hard to do. But additonally, EVERYONE wants to do their shoot Sunday, so you may run into a lot of scheduling conflicts...

well it seems Monday at 3 is the most likely. I'm totally up for that. I'll be in the costume anyways and I'd rather not have to change. I''ll go and tell my friends then so they know what to either wear or bring.

omg exciting!  I was Anthy last year (tv series rose bride version), but I'm not sure if I'll be able to wear it this year...the friend I borrowed the petticoat from has switched coasts.  But, I just ordered a possible replacement, so we'll see how it goes...

I know I can't make it to a photoshoot on monday, though.  I can't drive in my Rose Bride dress, and I won't have my hotel that afternoon, so I'd be pretty much stuck in it.  Someone else mentioned one on Sunday?  I could do that as it wasn't during the actual cosplay competition (the hours leading up to it are fine for me, since I'm not competing).  I could probably drag along my Utena, too.
