In another thread there was talk of meeting up to go see Indiana Jones. But, that should have it's own thread, so here it is

So, anyone else want to go? I'd rather skip the crowds and try to see it early on Sun or Sat, or maybe even Wednesday night.

Yeah I was thinking about sunday afternoon, but I gotta check my work schedule tomorrow before I can commit to anything.

I don't know when's a time that would work for you? I was thinking like in the afternoon sometime and either tigard or beaverton.

I can do Sunday afternoon

I can meetup anywhere, but I prefer places near Max stops so I can avoid driving.

I talked to my kids and they want to see Indiana Jones before we see Prince Caspian, so I think we will see it this weekend.

Ok so for any of you in the Tigard/Beaverton/Tualatin area, how does saturday, Cedar Hills Crossing at 3:10 sound?

i meant to reply earlier, but my computer has been infected with some sort of nasty thing... and i just found the power cord for the laptop that's been sitting in a closet forever due to the missing power cord... but anyway, lol. i wanna try to make that showing, but i'll have to see what the plans are for tomorrow. hope i can make it, well, me and eve-boyfriend ^.^

so, i had no clue who was going or if they went. by the time we finally found a parking spot, it was almost 3, and the time board thing said the 3:10 showing was full, so we had to go for 3:55. didn't see anyone there >.< phone numbers would be good...

yeah, we had to wait in line to get into the theater too, lol. i guess i didn't realize how big this movie was gonna be *hits self on head* dummy me

but the movie was awesome ^.^ pretty interesting concept, kinda weird, but all the classic elements of indiana jones. i loved the cast, cate blanchett was great, and obviously so was harrison ford. shia lebeouf was actually really good, i'm starting to like him more as an actor (am looking forward to eagle eye, seems interesting). the fact that john hurt played a crazed man was awesome (yay professor broom!!!) and was surprised to recognize jim broadbent the professor from the lion, the witch, and the wardrobe as the dean (he's awesome!). all in all, great movie ^.^

well, we'll have to try to coordinate better for meeting at movies next time, it would've been fun to see some forums-ers there, maybe next time... for the happening *squeeeeeeeee!* or incredible hulk >.O

I was there for the 3:10 showing and met up with Uraharafreak.

It was a fun film. They did a really good job with the 50s setting.
