I'm probably going to feel rather small, lonely and somewhat neglected when nobody posts in here... But is anybody planning on cosplaying from Trinity Blood this year? I know of at least two ToriBura cosplays that will be at K-con '08, my little brother will be manga-version Tres Iquis (and I may actually finish it by then!) and I'm going to see if I can make an artbook Issak by the time the con rolls around.

Soooo... Anyone?

I remember you from Sakuracon! You did a great job on your Esther. Her blue and white one is gorgeous. I'm surprised more people don't do that one.

That's pretty cool! I'm working on trying to get an anime Abel to come, but she's trying to fanangle funds so there could be a possibility.

I've finally decided on a costume for myself... An artbook nun! I'm still trying to decide which one, though. Issak is definitely out the window, as is the rest of the Rosenkreuz because otherwise I'll get in some terrible trouble with my dad's side of the family... Oh well, guess we just won't have any enemies to fight... But we can always bless random people!

yeah when dressed as a nun i try not to clomp people for it is definatly out of character. exspecially if i hug a "bad guy"

D'awww... But hugging the bad guys is always so much fun! So many of them really do need the hugs... Like Cain. He probably didn't get hugged enough as a child. Him and Abel both.

did i actually have a convo with you or did you stop me right after i got out of the first aid. <_< i see the band aid on my hand and that stop is by the booth... or your both.

yup gotta add one more collor to that costume...and a real cross well i can paint that one and add the thing then make that long chain thing..
and finish my older esther the white version. it just needs the collers and cuffs >_< soo lazy

Yeah, I cornered you right out of First Aid. The blood spot on that hem can be taken out with a bleach pen if you're really careful!

Yeah... I'm surprised I haven't gotten any on my RATBN's white habit, what with how many times I've stabbed myself with pins today alone. Well, at least my wimple's actual fabric part is done. It took me an hour to hand-sew it onto a plastic headband. Next up is putting sleeves on the habit and taking it in so it isn't a shapeless lump...

I've got neck armor and a partially-finished petticoat done... Now to customize to whichever the heck character I need to decide on.

As for a photoshoot... Sunday at one, just for the hell of the "We're priests and nuns, dangit! We're supposed to get together on Sundays!" factor? We need an Alessandro XVIII...

Trinity Blood is such a beautifully orchestrated show, I hope when I have more money I'll be able to cosplay a character from it.

Until then I look forward to seeing all the Trinity Blood cosplayers at this year's convention! ^_^

Artbook tentacles are hard to make... Fishtank tubing is an oddly perfect supply for it, though.

The arrows? I use Sculpey, but a lot of people resin cast them. You'd make a wonderful Astharoche, too! I can't wait to see something like that.

For the photoshoot, how about Sunday at one at the fountain in the park across the street?

For the cross you can cut the main red part of it out of red cloth, then use white thread to whip-stitch it on and make a solid white border! It might take a while, but it'll look gorgeous.

I'll be at a Kingdom Hearts photoshoot then. I'm doing all I can just to make myself able to quick-change from one costume to another in the small amount of time I'll have between the end of that shoot and the beginning of the TB shoot.
