The dance was a lot of fun! It was my first time out in Portland, and I was very glad I ventured out.

btw, this is Rin, who was the girl in the teal dress and black shoes.

Yeah the dance was fun (though I didn't do much dancing). I was glad to meet cosplayers on a more personal level than at a convention (in big groups I have a rule about no speaking). It was very nice seeing all the superb costumes and I especially loved all the hugs I got. Akamaru loves hugs!

Ehehehehe~

The dance was fantastic, even though I was late. I met so many great people, and danced like a spaz! I was the Maid GothLoli.

And I smuggled delicious cake home, and ate cu-cu-cum-cu-cu-cum-cu-cu-cum-cu-cum-ber!~ (Sorry, to much IOSYS for me.)

Also, I heard about a picnic next Saturday? Where do I get more information?

Yeah! Sorry, I was confused. After the dance ended, I hung out with you guys, and then when you guys headed off I sort of glommed on to another group.

I cosplayed Kadaj last year for K-con, he's more of a backup plan.
Riku knows AAALLL about that cosplay costume.

I'm rather averse to driving. I'd be one of those funky cyclers you see around Portland, but I'm soo far out...in the urban growth boundary line. The gas prices are going to terrible (although the recent drop is refreshing, but still, far too high), so terrible my family makes jokes (or not?) about getting a motorcycle.

Heh; I bike 70 minutes to get into Portland; totally worth the $4 I save each day by not driving.

Motorcycle is good, just get a smaller one first I'd suggest, big and powerful can be hard to learn on.

There are also a host of two cycle scooters too if you just want something to get ya to the max.
