Alright, I saw the post about the rental. If we get enough for the renting, I think the 9pm on Sunday night would be our best bet. That still leaves enough time for use to head to the dance at Ten-twenty ish... and those going to the 18+Yaoi/Yuri even can get to that at 11... >.>

9pm won't work because there will be a lot of people going to the party for the minors too. It may not be for sure about that being the day but it probably is, and I know that it would definitely take from people's planning. Also they'll kick us out when the rink closes at 6:00 PM on Sundays 10:00 PM on Saturday and 9:30 on Monday.

Rave, and everyone is gonna wanna go to the rave. Maybe we could do it right after the con, to like say good bye for a little while longer or something? Cause both nights have pretty big events going on already.

if it weren't so much, I'd say do it on two days, but it's expensive

and the after-the-con idea might work, but it would depend on how tired everybody is XD a con can really take it out of you

Yeah but it ends at 5, there should be a little energy left. The last day is usually pretty toned down the way I see it. It was last year for me at least. Depends what your personal preference is.

saturday works, and everybody doesn't have to stay the whole time do they? that way, some people could make it to the rave, and those who want to stay at the rink can stay

I've never been to the rave so as long as I don't miss it...

Personally I think after the con ends at 5 pm Monday is the best time, but whatever works best for everyone else works fr me too :3

But Guys, I am trying to plan this during con for a reason. There are cosplayers that may want to attend, that have to catch Bus/planes home very soon after Con ends. How can they attend this event if we don't run it during con? I know for a fact, that we will have ten or more people(As long as money allows)... But I think we should go for one of the Free Skates, instead of rink rental. Simply because... to be utterly frank... It's much easier to handle, and we can be more flexible with it at con.

I've got an idea for those of us short on money (I feel your pain Iruka Sensei!). Maybe the people who need help getting into the rink could be the community slaves of the people who worked at the wash. I wouldn't mind running Cosplay Errands around for everybody

Actually it will be cheaper to get the rentals if we rented the rink ($2 for rentals if we rented the whole rink) than if we go to free skate ($9 total for admission and rentals)

I think Sunday should be off limits. There is way more things going on Sunday than there is Saturday (way more major things such as the cospaly contest)
