Gah. Agreed. Seeing as this will be my first 'real-con' regardless of my post count and meetup attendance. ; I only went for one day last year and it was completely last-minute with a friend. I wasn't REALLY into cosplay then, so I was a random catgirl. >.> And it was only for about 4 hours. ._. But it was awesome. I don't know of any parking places besides the downtown streets as i bus/bike everywhere it is in the fair free zone but will still probaby have to pay getting to and out of there unless you live in downtown. And china town i think is north of burnside so it would be like a 10 block walk, but not bad =)

Like Hazuza said it is at 997 SW Naito Pkwy . I'm not sure of the name of the fountain but it is the big one that little kids are always running through. And Hazuza you can bring whatever you want. I would like to have enough drinks so that everyone can at least have two (of whatever there is) It will be hot and we need to stay hydrated.

I also suggest that people bring money because we may go wondering around downtown and if you want to buy anything (even food) then it would be a good idea. As for the garbage I can bring a few bags. I'll bring the giant ones that will hold more than enough stuff.

Is there any other questions? The picnic is 6 days away ^_^

Nothing but the one that concerns who's staying at the picnic after 5:00. I'm unsure about getting a day off of work (I work from 11-4 or noon to 5) I might be able to only work for a couple hours that day and still make it down, but if not, then I'll only be able to make it to the end of the picnic. But I will try.

I've never watched Deathnote, actually. I watched a few episodes at random on Adult Swim while waiting for the next show to come on, but other then that, I really have no idea what it's about or how the whole notebook thing works.
People just full on INSIST that I'm cosplaying Kira, I tell them I'm not, and it always ends with "Oh.. you look so much like him!" Even while in my Host Club uniform, people mistook me for Kira.
I'll have to watch a few episodes, or something. ~ ~

Ok I was just making sure. Also don't forget to bring the shoes ^_^. My parents really aren't that interested in anime and cosplaying. They try to give me ideas on how to make some parts of the costumes but other then that they don't really care too much.
I really can't wait for the picnic. This will be so much fun.
