well....both at differnt times
for example, we wanted to go to a club called "its a bar isn't it?" in kyoto one saturday night, slight problem, I think our curfer was pretty early and when we were making plans with the japanese tutors (japanese collage students that stayed in the apartments with us and were helpful) all of a sudden all the tutors disapeard we were like "where did they go george?"
then they apeard (they had been meeting with sato sensei) they said they would only take us to the club on a few conditions, 1 we went with the older peeps who went on the trip aka Shy age 27 and June 30, (remeber i was 22 almost 23 and there were peeps who went out of town for the entire weekend who were younger then me and no chaparone for them)
***a note on Shy think oh 6ft 2" legs to her chin, great chest (I would know when ever we took picture together i was at boob height to her) mini skirts nose ring toung ring earrrings (the big trible kind) belly ring tattoos up the wazu (my fave of her tatoos was on her wrist it was of the veins and ligamints of the wrist as if the skin was torn away and it was atomicaly correct when she turned her writst the veins match up. she was drinking a bottle of grape fruit juice and vodka and it was like water to her, but because she was older, we needed to stick with her, dispite the fact she would be the first one to tell us to go flash a police officer***
and we had to head back at 11 pm, people didn't really start showing up till 10:30
thing was we had to all promise to the tutors, and in japan promises are a big thing, you better keep it or have a damn good reason,
not every one went back and sato sensei sad a little somthing about it
and even tho some of us did head back when we were supost to
(i did) it gave all of us who went a bit of bad rap by assosiation
