The pre-meet is held right before the event, and both are on Monday.

If you haven't received your badge, go ahead and submit without the number. It can be added later.

It's fine if you haven't dyed your hair yet... just note that you are planning to do so, and it will be fine.

I have received a couple more registrations, but haven't had a chance to reply to them yet.. so if you've sent them and haven't heard back from me, give it a few days.

Did I catch all the questions?

I don't have a badge number OR my wig. If I send in my costume with the style of my wig photoshopped over my hair (or a slightly different wig) will that still be okay? I can send in a reference picture, too.

@ NightLotus - that's fine. As long as there is an e-mail address for contact, you don't have to have a forum name.

@ Richie - please, no photoshop pics. Just make a note that you don't have your wig yet. A reference picture would be great, as long as you include a pic of your cosplay as well.

@ Teasel - I'm not sure what your question is. Is there a specific part of the form you are asking about? And a special attack is only something that would involve other cosplayers.. if it is something you do yourself, while it maybe a special attack, it doesn't need to be signed up.

Okay, since there seems to be questions on a couple of things, here is a post to clarify:

If you do not have your badge yet, don't worry about badge number - it can be added later
If you do not have your wig/haven't dyed your hair, just note it on your form when you send it in. Keep in mind that if you still don't have it/haven't dyed it by the event, you may be dropped from the game

Gah. Another question; So, what would my situation be if the picture fell out of the form when I mailed it? Because I'm about 66% precent it did. Should I just send another form entirely with the picture or just the picture itself?

I would imaging that you can email the picture. But I guess if you have a print then you could mail it again, but I am not an admin x.x

The people not in the battles can totally make background music on their own! Like, Pokemon battle background music, or Sailor Moon transformation music, or the Mario music!

Actually, I'm glad. I couldn't hear ANYTHING, nor my stage ninja. It was a great idea though, just maybe not quite so loud.

I was going for more Rukia. Mostly because she actually has more power. Misa has the death note, but where's the fun in that XD My cousin is Ichigo, I'll try to force him to join in.

Random and kind of OT. I used to really like Rukia. Until the most recent episode. I hope Byakuya disowns her.
I just keep reminding myself that it's filler and technically 'never happened'.

I need to fill out my form too. I was going to go as Kanda also but IF that is finished by KC it wont be by the form deadline. >_<
