6. When you start comparing how big your collection is to your all your friends
7. When your willing to spend over $100 for one item that will complete your collection
8. When you start going to anime conventions and cosplay
9. When you spend over $100 on cosplay
10. When you start referring to all your friends by anime characters names
11. You start pondering what happened in an anime characters life before and after the original story
12. You write fanfiction
13. You plan to name one of your future kids after an anime character
14. You cancel a date with someone to stay home and watch hentai in your room
15. When you have made an effort to take a Japanese class just to understand your favorite programs without subtitles
16. You beleive dubs to be the devil
17. The people at hot topic know you as the 'anime person' whenever you walk in their store
18. When applying for jobs or other things, you say you can't work on a specific day just to watch your anime show
19. You have named one your pets after an anime pet
20. When you think about things you narrate them in the voice of your favorite character
21. You create your own Japanese nickname
22. You can correctly guess what will happen at the end of a series without seeing the episode preview.
23. You can play a show in Japanese without knowing the language and with no subtitles and understand everything.
24. You understand every otaku joke because it applies to you.
25. You have actually stayed up for three or more nights straight doing nothing but watching anime and reading manga.
26. You can make tentacle jokes without batting an eye and your friends understand it
27. You wonder why no villain interrupts a magical girl transformation right when the girl's in the buff just to see how she reacts
28. You have TRIED to do a magical girl transformation sequence.
29. You skip paying your water bill because honestly... What's more important? Those new DVD's or a shower?
30. When you have dreams about your favorite anime characters and you become one of them
31. You'd quit your job if they didn't give you time off for an anime convention
32. Spend hours at a time on anime forums
33. Prefer anime guys or girl to real ones
34. When you desperately try to find that anime-ring tone and spend hours on the web looking for it even though you know you can't put it on your mobile-phone
35. When over 70% of the music on your ipod or mp3 consists of anime theme songs
36. When you maintain a list of anime series you want to buy and update it weekly.
37. When you keep a list of all the anime you have ever watched
38. You have cosplayed at school
39. You use netflix purely for anime rentals
40. When you fall out of your chair anime style when someone says something stupid

As for 16 (One of the 22) - Dubs are the devil, but mainly those by 4Kids.  ('Cause we all know they're trigger happy with that edit button!)

42 - You draw fanart, even if you say you have no art skills whatsoever
43 - You devise ways to cosplay favorite characters with as close to complete accuracy as possible, wanting to outdo most of the others doing that costume
44 - You know you're obsessed with a series when you go into a bookstore looking for it, and don't want to buy anything if it's not there
45 - For the wig wearers:  You make character-specific faces on your wig heads and only use it for that one character's wig(s)
46 - You can look at anything and figure out a way to incorporate it in your cosplay
