Vending

With the con only a few months away we would like to vend at the event, however there is no link for a vendor/merchants form and our emails have gone unanswered up to now.
We would like to spend the $225 for the first booth and $175 for the second one. Can a staff member contact us at dancing.muse.dist@gmail.com please.

I hear there's been a lot of trouble with the email's for artist, and I guess exhibitor, booths

Unfortunately posting your inquiry here may not be very helpful as the staff you need to get in contact with NEVER comes to these forums, and has yet to really contact anyone through the appropriate Email. You may need to contact the head of Relations for this, because the Exhibitors Coordinator, seems to be MIA.

Sadly I went to the June meeting and found out that the dealers room is full and I too had been trying to get a table for months as well with no response.  So I am not sure how others got in but it suks that I could not get a table even though I tried back in Jan.  I don't think you will be able to get a table as well.
