I haven't started at all. I have an essay I need to turn in by the 11th of August, and right after that I have orientation for PSU. The day after that, I'm going to California, and by the time I come back kcon will be here. So yeah. No time haha.

I can understand what you are going through. This week has been hectic and there is still three more days. I need to make the finishing touches on my costume, get the food for the picnic, study and work. There is a lot of studying that needs to be done but the next test isn't for another two weeks.

I am so happy that my schedule at work is changing back to Monday-Friday. I've felt bad that I've been so out of the loop.

So, I'm going to be at both the August meetings, and bust my butt at con, as per usual, to make up for it.

Yays!

Is it sad I'm more excited to actually work the event instead of attending it.

With the help of google I have approximate distances from the convention site.

Yeah but with the bracelets I get 10 ball connectors so I can make essentially glowing beachballs for tossing! Hmm I'm sure there is a problem with that idea somewhere...

We had those at our Alt-prom. :] If you play with them too much they break apart which sucks.

They used to sell glowsticks at my camp's store... Then some kid chewed on one at two in the morning and ended up with a glowing mouth. Good thing the stuff inside was non-toxic.

Defiantly bringing granola bars... Those things can sustain life for 8+ hours when eaten with fluids (cause the granola swells up).

Don't forget your fruit and veggies people ;__; gaining weight at a con is so easily because of all the junk laying around! no one likes feeling bloated and gross!
