Shoes for a maid...?

I have this maid costume I bought in Japan for a cosplay party we had while we were there, and I was thinking about wearing it to the con. Problem is, I don't really have any shoes for it, so I'd like to ask you guys what sort of shoes would look best. Flats? Mary Janes? And where would the best place to be to purchase them? (preferably not online). Please and thank you!

Mary janes always look darling~! But if your looking for something a little more "risque" a little heel is the way to go.

hmm, well my friend has a pair of mary janes from hot topic and I wore them for a minor lolita thing i did awhile ago and my feet were fine ^^ and we had been marching around down town portland shopping in lolita outfits It was rly fun!

Then Mary Janes are the best bet if you want comfort. : D They are especially comfy if they come with padding. It's delightful.

 They sometimes have mary janes. I bought a pair from there that were more than great for my lolita.
