Colors would be more expensive wise, due the time and labor of them. But I would estimate this price

Oh the picture that won't show is the very end of the Hare Hare Yukai song, with Haruhi pointing in the air, and the others around her XD the part I have most trouble with in the dancing part haha

Well it depends on how much you want to pay. Because on paper, I would do Watercolor (since I'm so limited on COPIC/Colored Pencils) if that would be okay.
On computer I could do all colors etc.

It just depends on the payment for you.
For this drawing it would range between:

COMPUTER
Color - $ 25-$40 (1000x1000)

PAPER DRAWINGS
Color extra large - $30 - $50 (on large art paper -need to look for some XD-)

But with particular drawing, I would say around $28 on computer and $40 on paper.
Would that be too much? It's just with the labor thats why the prices are like that.

It's Fushigi Yuugi EIKODEN Basically the story that happens "after" Mika and Tamahome (THOUGH THEY ARE STILL IN IT~)

Basically here is the plot line:
