HELP Cosplay Chess

There is a copy of the online form in .doc format.. you can send that in.  If all else fails, send me the info in an e-mail (be sure to include a pic of your cosplay).

Ahh so we need a picture too?  It doesn't say that anywhere on the sign up, cause the pants for my costume are getting hemmed so they are not in my possession so I can't get a full costume picture =\

A friend of mine wanted to be in it as Lavi from D.Gray-Man, but since her hammer is apparently too big to be peacebonded she can't play.

From the sign-up thread:

To sign-up to be a chess piece, you need to do the following:

    * Read the rules.
    * Fill out the registration form.
    * Submit the form and photos of your costume to chess@kumoricon.org

You must include photos of you in your cosplay, or of your cosplay itself.  This year, images of your character will not suffice.

If you are only missting a small part of your cosplay, you can submit your form.. just let me know what is missing.

And I did notice a mistake.. the original post says due by August 20th, but it should have been August 22nd.  As of right now, that is the deadline for submissions.

It failed ._. My email has been sent of the cosplays I have(So you have variety XD) and so have the links to the pictures. So..Whoo. XD
