ANOTHER badge question.

I'm sorry if this has been posted billion of times, but I really need to ask this (I was looking around the forums and I couldn't find a 100% answer for my question)
I registered online (for four people) and pressed the button that is "supposed to send the badge to your home". I pre-registered on the last day when you could still pay $35 for the three days. I still haven't gotten my four badges, and I'm getting worried.
How do I know it's going to come on time? When do the staff usually send the badges out? What if it doesn't come on time? Do K-con staff hold my information if in case the badges don't come in time I could pick them up at the con?
We're driving from Seattle, and we got the hotel and everything (like many of you), so it's a pretty big deal for us - we don't want to show up there and not be let in the con.
Someone please clear this up for me so I can stop worrying!

E-mail registration@kumoricon.org with your name, and the names you registered.  They will be able to tell you if your badges have been mailed, or if they are being held in will-call.

Wait, do they do that for everyone? I thought you could get your badge once you check in? is it oppsional to get them sent to you?

It was an option for pre-reg.  If you have pre-registered, and you're not sure, e-mail registration@kumoricon.org.  Be sure to include your name and when you registered.. otherwise, the e-mail will bounce back to you.
