I got a job!!! >w< I'm going to work at the Michaels in Oregon City. I start September 8th! =D

Right next to Coastal, right? I'll be seeing you A LOT. XD Mom working beside you and all. And if you get hungry, there's a subway and Mexican restaurant in that outlet, just to tell.

no one freakin hires me. the only reason i can come up with is, theres someone better for the job and im 17. you got any idea or tips for me?

Yes, the sun was setting dramatically as the phone suddenly rang. I didn't think anything of it, until my mom told me it was Michaels. I picked up the phone, and they said they wanted to hire me. DUN DUN DUNNN...

They originally wanted me to start on the 1st, but that obviously won't work. XD

15 *sighs* no one will hire me... when i turn 16 this year im thinking of bothering the local mexican place (like 2 min walk from me) for a job cause i speak fluent spanish and english... not sure if ill get it though

I'm 15 too, but I'm going to apply to as many places as possible. Also, is you can't get a job you could be doing community service because that looks really good when you apply.

Most jobs dont want to hire under 18 due to various rules emposed on them from corporate HQ. My advice? Look for jobs in retail or food. Those jobs are usually expecting to hire younger people that have school schedules to work around. I worked as a cart boy for Target up on 122nd when I was still in highschool. You could try subway, subway is always hiring young adults. And if Im not mistaken there is a subway a few blocks from your house isnt there? (Im not a creeper, just a friend of abes, we've met.) You could also try something like walgreens.

If you are like me and have theft on your record then I suggest you do more individual jobs. You went to benson right? Try using whatever vocational skills you gained. Post on craigslist or look for jobs there.

I really should change my sig. Shep didnt happen this year. And last I checked you were in a relationship anyway. Heres a hint.. we went to the same high school and your mom helped me with my spike cosplay some years ago.
