Oh, this is random, but also amusing.

At fanime we had a generic FF white mage as a bishop.  I had to sacrifice him for the King. He used the simplest yet amusing move to save him.

A very slow motion leap in front of the king with an even slower " Nooooooooooooooooo!!"

Such an obvious move, yet it was the first tiem I'd seen it in Chess.

But the teleporter should never break down. It might not always work properly, but it shouldn't break down.

Nothing is planned ahead of time.. this not a pre-scripted match.  That said, with the teams posted, you can get an idea of who you might be up against, and can get some ideas ahead of time.

There are no doubles on a team.  Since we had enough to fill 3 teams, everyone who signed up is able to play.  If I had only had a handful of extras, the doubles would be listed as alternates.

Just think, if Black goes against Red, the two Kyons can fight about which is the real Kyon...

I actually have eleven summons, which only leaves out a few forms of Bahamut, and maybe Odin. Do I have Odin...? I had better have Odin... That one's an instant win if he uses Zantetsuken... I ought to make a few Phoenix Downs...
