That's good to hear. Just keep up the hard work and you will see more progress in no time.I have decided that I am going to work on losing fat and not so much gaining muscle. I have quite a bit of muscle as it is and I need that muscle to show through so in order to do that I need to lose fat. My plan: eat healthy (salads for lunch every day) and do an hour of cardio when I go to the gym instead of 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights.
