Id go if its not too far out of the way. As for ideas? Well me and my cohorts tend to go for active things like laser tag or paintball or airsoft. If thats not your cup of tea, consider things like getting a group together to go see a play or a concert. Perhaps there is a sports team you really like? Another option is the kegger. If you like having parties at your house you could get a keg from a local mcminamens, get a few things together like a friend with a wii or a something else like a badmitten set. Keep in mind for house parties you tend to play the host so you will need to figure out what to do to keep your guests occupied besides just booze. Another fun option is something like bulwinkles, they have lasertag, mini golf, bumper boats and the like. Ive heard dave and busters is like that too but never gone. Anyway there are my suggestions. Good luck!
